Class Example - We came up with this interesting Word Picture in class this morning. Use it to help you write your Word Picture.
Plain Language: Mary Ester ate the plums.
Word Picture: With juice dripping down her chin, Mary Ester bit into a scrumptious red sweet plum. She sighed and wished she had a friend to share these decadent juicy treats with. Mary Ester took another bite. Juice sprayed everywhere and even landed in her white hair. Purple juice stained her pink sweater. I have never seen such a messy eater as elderly Mary Ester!
Plain language: I like ice cream.
Word picture: Becky enjoyed the delicious strawberry ice cream. There was a lot of dripping strawberry melted ice cream on her chin. She said the ice cream was so sweet she gave some to her friends. They said it was so fantastic they have never tasted it in their whole life.
Plain Language: The sky is clear.
Word Picture: I walked out side and looked up. The sky was transparent and cloudless. It was terrifically blue with a sprinkle of orange. I don’t know why it had a pinch of orange, but I do know it was beautiful. I see a number of birds flying threw the sky, about 5 I believe. But now there is one tiny ity bitty cloud, but you can just barley see it. The sky still looked pretty!
The masked picture chucked the ball, and the batter got a home run. The crowed cheered with excitement. The batter ran to first then second then third and slid to home. The crowed cheered even louder. Baseball is fun!
The extremely tall man was standing as tall as a skyscraper. I had to squint my eyes to see the peak of his head up in the fluffy clouds above. Even my dad who is tall is a size of a very small pea compared to that giant. There is no one as big as him! He is very tall!
Plain language: I have an old pencil
Word picture: I have a very old pencil it is lonesome and yellow. I need more pencils. It is so lonesome I’m sure it wants to cry. I felt bad for the pencil so I got some more pencils. I have never seen a happy pencil before.
Plain language: Mary Ester ate the plums. Word picture: The tall, skinny, and muscular Mary Ester chomped the horrible tasting crusty plums. How surprised she was on how the plums tasted! She got dizzy from the horrifying plums. So she chucked the crusty dried out plums in the trash. Mrs. Mary Ester never ate a plum again.
Plain language: the photograph is old.
Word pictures: I have a picture that is so old you can’t see it. It’s dusty and has a horrible stench. Also it’s all wrinkled and crushed up. It looks like rotten lettuce. So just like lettuce they threw it away. But then they noticed it was actually a famous priceless picture of Elvis!
Plain Language: I have an old pencil. Word Picture: It is an old dusty chewed up stinky smelly sad pencil. That old lonely pencil in the back of my desk waiting for me to use it. It is a tiny thick pencil used a million times but now it is old and fuzzy with a frowny face.So it is a bad pencil that is never to be used again.
Plain language: I smell pretty flowers.
Word picture: I smell honeyed pickled flowers on the deck. They are so breath taking lovely flowers. I cold stare those glissing flowers all day. I sobbed in a tear I wanted some one to see these star gazing flowers. I called a friend to lend a hand. And we gaped at them all day.
You look tired
As Sarah stumbled threw the doorway her eyes drooped. she has bags under her eyelids. She shlumped in her chair she moaned I said you look extremely tired. Go take a nap
Plain language: The music is loud.
Word pictures
the music is loud because it is loud. It is as loud as a helicopter. It hearts my ears how loud it is. The music was getting louder. I put on ear plugs.
Plain language: I like ice cream
Word Picture: I like chocolate ice cream with blue sprinkles and fudge on top of my gigantic ice cream. As the ice cream melts I take huge bites. Soon I’m thirsty from eating a lot of ice cream. I only eat ice cream on the sunniest of days with my fat dog. My dog is boring because he only eats plain ice cream. As I eat more than one at once I get it all over my face.
The horse ran along the road
The horse ran along the dangerous road with cars going the opposite way. The horse could get killed by a car hitting him. The horse could get hurt going the opposite way. When the cars go the opposite way it is really dangerous, the horse is stupid for doing that. The horse could be old and need some sleep, food or a drink.

Word picture: The photograph shows the pilgrims with the Native Americans. They are having the largest feast I’ve ever seen! It is the most amazing thing ever! This must be an antique picture from the 1800’s. I bet this would cost a fortune witch would cost about 5000$.
Plain language: Jared is cooking dinner Word Picture: It smells good I couldn’t wait for dinner. When it was time for dinner time I rushed to the dinner table I saw mouth watering food everywhere. It was time to eat Jared stated to eat he was a messy eater . The food was very good. I have never seen a messy eater like Jared.
Plain language: The tall man is standing.
Word picture: Bobby Awse is so so gaunt that he could slide through a fence. But bobby is so punctilious and excellent. Bobby is Irish and very very unsightly. Bobby is the most ancient person alive. I can not believe how awesome bobby is.
Plain language: You look tired.
Word picture: You look exhausted from playing baseball till 12:00 a.m. You look so tired I think you could fall a sleep in a flicker of an eye. Eye can not believe how fatigue you are. I know you could fall a sleep faster than me even when I am tired.
Plain language: The horse ran along the road.
Word picture: The enormous horse named Sushi ran along on the bumpy road. The horse was drowsy so he stopped and started eating hay. The people on Sushi’s back thought he should keep eating. Therefore, the enormous horse named Sushi did not have to run on the very bumpy road again.
Plain Language:The dog was eating Word Picture: The dog was eating. He was a very messy eater. His choppers very huge. Juice sprayed everywhere as he bite into the food. I have never seen a messy eater.
Plain Lanauge: The T.V is broken.
Word Picture: As I sit here disapointed sad bord and nothing to do looking at the black blank Flat 30 inch T.V and what for the repairman to come and make my old dum T.V run some more.

They took to two cat scan's, they did'nt find enything they kept on taking test they found nothing they took a blood sample they found somthing in his blood, they looked at it up closly they say it is pankarytitis but there not shore, they take one more test they do say that it is pankarytitis,that is there final answer.
He was in the hospital for 1 year and 2 months. Know from this day on he is doing really good although he has a scar going almost up his stomach.
